Sinus: Eucalyyptus, Ravintsara, Balsam Fir, Red Pine Niaouli, White Spruce

Inhale the oil deeply; apply 1-3 drops to sinus; if it is too strong, rub on top of fingers and toes ( sinus reflex points).
